Chat button disappears?
Recently when I've been on the site, I can't use the chat because I the "chat" button (from the bottom left) is gone. Is there a way to bring that button back and/or is there another way to open the chat menu?

Xfinity is blocking the chat for some reason. You have to disable their "ai security" or wait til we have a workaround.
I usually refresh the page and the chat button reappears.
