Login Screen

i am still trying to fix some errors in this
which is why it is still preview (i belive i know how to fix so i will put the release up soon)
This was a request from Evan80
I think i changed the wrong exit button file and ok button file but i completely removed the login box unlike a lot of people XD but i still trying to get a good design so i just put rectangles there for now
