Submitting a Manual Report
If I've had my save file edited before, and I submit a manual report about another player, does that put me at risk? Do they also look into my profile?

nah but foreal if a killer has like 2 hours and they are using crutch perks/addons like iridescent & pink moris and honestly any two pinks then yeah fuck those guys report away.
On the flip side even a fully stacked survivor wouldn't be much more difficult than the same person but perkless so it's whatever. tryhard killers tho could fk off
