It is outdated, there's no ~Proxy Server~ in server selection screen, thus the hacks don't actually work.
There was a small update to ROTMG this morning.

If there's no more proxy doesn't that mean no more exalt tool?

It's most likely just needing updated. With the way exalt is packed, the memory addresses change each update and thus any memory injection (how they're adding a proxy server) becomes useless. It may not be this but that's my thoughts on it anyway.

If you're using the flash client, its dead already (or it still depends if 059 can create a workaround for it)
