I really need help :(

ok. something is wrong with my account. i was playing and i lvled up(saw when the game finished) surprisingly my lvl didn't show as a lvled up one.
so i thought i would give a restarting a try. But... NOW I CAN'T EVEN GO INTO CA!!!

Am i banned?
Is my account glitched?
What do i do?
Is this happening to you too?

Please answer me. thank you.

Dude do wat foxy said and if it dosnt work make a new account try again
maybe it also went in maintenance check

At the moment the server is down and really laggy don't worry, you're not banned. Just log on tomorrow.

Server is up and running try it now

Check your Combat Arms user name in the website. If you banned, you will notice.
