Windowed Mode

This is a updated Version of an Old windowed mode before this site Got Closed due to threats by Nexon.

I did not make this, I would say the original Coder's name, but then people would Google him.
We all know the origin of this Windowed Mode.

I did not make any part of this so idk why the % is so high, if I had to guess it is because it is Packed... Extremely well.....

Just put the two files into you're Combat arms folder!

WOW. I think its the very first WORKING Windowed mode :P Nice one.

EDIT: I honestly call this a win. Looks clean and easier to get back and forth with things (well atleast for me :P).
