wondering if anyone can help me and let me know what is needed in order to get started on selling in the marketplace here?

I am in the business of eBay and PayPal accounts. fully verified and know how to make high quality accounts and already have a good inventory of them.

Get 15 posts, without spamming of course, and then you can either choose to get Premium Seller, or you can go without this rank to sell your service. Premium Seller has its benefits and usually gets you more customers.
