IM Issue

When I open IM it allows open as guest , never opens my account

Do you have any other accounts you could try. I don't see a special character in your name, so doubt that's it.

I do not , It was working before but been a few months and it's not working.

Pretty weird , I tried a diff browser and it worked, is this an issue with chrome?
