Theyre probably doing it in waves of orders. They cant do all of them all at once.

Pretty high, just goes to show to use your brain and not order 10k worth of items on your credit card when you can't even afford it. Order items you can afford to take the loss on

How would you prevent a rebill? People are saying cancelling card doesn't work.

You can't, if you cancel the card it still goes to your account. If you cancel the account then it goes to debt collections, and if you dodge that for too long they can take you to court.

just chargeback its easier that way
