HelpDoes league do HWID bans?

I've heard yes, I've heard no. I'm confused. I used to script like 4 years ago and I only got perma but has it changed?

no there is no hwid ban (there only account ban)
im using lol cheats/scripts every day and i get ban in every account after 2-3matches
