Infinite flashlight

Hi guys!
Just wanted to know your opinion about the infinite flashlight glitch/hack

Has anybody got some information how it's done?

Here's a video

I would say that this is a case of save file editing, putting the ID of a medkit add-on in place of a flashlight one, but I cannot be sure and could be completely stupid. There used to also be Cheat Engine hacks for stacking perks using an EasyAntiCheat bypass, so it could maybe, at a push, be that. It is hard to say, really.
