Thats easy, pretty much the same thing as editing perks, having found the addon you want, just search for its float, if its a charge addon for a medkit or tool box search for X, if its a % addon search for 0,X/0,XX.

Sorry for my poor English.
With the new update that just came out, the paks on the steam version seem to be compressed or encrypted, not sure which. I can't find any perks anymore, does anyone know how to get around this?

All values encrypted, next attempts to change hex of this game looks unuseful. Thanks for 5.5.0 update! I thinks all wallhacks will be actual with risk when you using memory hacks and trying bypass EAC with face injector for example ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ but you can be was banned on your hwid. Even testing some developed hacks on this game is very extreme for any account and hwid, what creates cheat development very expensive.

Someone managed to edit the perk bond
Just saw on another forum that someone managed to edit the value for bond to make 125% speed hack. Don't really know how since he didn't explain how to do it. The only way he gave us to do it its an .exe with some .mjson archives to install directly on the .paks
