My help is that the best way of getting ur account is guessing the pass or sending the support ticket other than that your screwed.....

1. What should I do before opening a ticket and contacting support?
Visit the support section of each Z8Games site for solutions to common problems. If you cannot come to a solution from the FAQs you can submit a support ticket to a member of the Z8Games technical team and they will get back to you right away.

Within the ticket please include your Account ID, Character Name, a screenshot/replay file, if needed, and as much detail as possible as to the nature of your problem.
