Private server idea

Hello i know that i dont post very much but im here all the time. i was playing combat arms today and i was wishing i was a higher rank to buy better guns then i had an idea to have a private server. i look around the web for awhile and found nothing and i was wondering if it was possible and if it was where i could find one. i would possible be able to help make one but im not sure how to code or anything but im willing to learn. so if anyone knows of a private server or can make one please post. i would love to have a server where i can get an m4a1 sopmod with out spending a money on nx.

Realize how hard it is to code a private server from scratch for a simple game like runescape that's done in java? Let alone a fps game with a multi gigabyte client and no way to start server side
