it's my experience You have to study and learn on your own Tutorials are available on various topics try searching

is hard find good tutorial, if you got anything out there where i can learn how read the IL code to get the aobs can be helpfull if you know any tut of that thing can be great if you can share it cause i was trying to find how to read the IL code to get the right bytes.

Tutorials do not teach everything Just introducing the source and that's it The rest is up to you how deep you go down right? My advice Just remember the location of the script you found If the game updates from time to time The position will stay the same only the aob will be changed

I can only recommend this. I'm not good at explaining It's a personal perception

for example my first dza when i made it for dead frontier the old one with dza 1 2 3 4 was animations i remove from the game with the aob script, the other ones i just know the way to update it and some i cant fixed cause i pause few years of playing df and they changed alot i think and im not able to find it.
but there is to many new tools on this days, dnspy for example with that thing you can pull out alot of code from the game but the problem is the next.

i found the bandits part on the game code but when i have to take out a aob from the code i dont know well also i dont find the right material to learn how read this type of code :
