Two Factor Authentication lost.

I have lost access to the 2 factor authenticator codes on my main account (3V17) and although i have logged in but i keep seeing the following message;

Your current IP address is not among the list of trusted IP addresses for this account. Please enter a valid code generated by your Google Authenticator smartphone app.

If you have lost your phone or you can't access your Google Authenticator, click here to remove two-factor authentication from your account.
You will need the Recovery Key provided to you when you set up two-factor authentication.

Can you please remove the 2 factor on my account so i can reset it on my new phone.
