Is there any way to remove background sounds in mw2? If so it will rly help my gameplay. I want to remove sounds like my own footsteps without ninja pro, and sometimes the music.

What about increasing sounds like enemy footsteps without using sitrep pro?

you can use sitrep pro for louder footsteps. You cannot mod it, its hardcoded in the game
