Well first of all, take off the caps. Second, try restarting the game.

And reinstall the game first try that you could possibly be missing a file.
No Nexon did the update but look in the announcements section. It says the Start button is d/c people so you need to start game from , "C:\Nexon\Combat Arms\Combatarms_Direct.exe\".
