Abusing server lag

I recently had "Duped" items on accident with my server being laggy but it only works on tradeable items and i think if someone who has the right skills they could really make it so we can dupe items with server lag or maybe an application that sends a lot of packets at once to the server so the server to end up reverting the use of items .
