Yeh i solved it.
I copied files from friend's one and ta da. it works.
the only problem is, when i try multiplayer, theres a punkbuster error and theres no servers.
i try it with garena and it goes "error server different version 1.7" or something like that.
i clearly had 1.7 patch installed.

Try to find dedicated servers on google.
Use console (~), connect (servers IP).

i read from that site that says go in steam game and click propertes then click on verify
but i didnt underestand well what should i do
