Why in the world is there a orange light blinking out of my ethernt port and its messing up my internet connection + the green light on my modem/router is blinking like its on crack every 2

second

because you touch your self at night

Reset your modem. Either by the 'reset' button located on the back(normally) or unplug it for about 10seconds, then plug it back in.

Then, go to CMD and run the following commands:
'ipconfig /release'
'ipconfig /renew'

Or if you're on Windows 7 just run the troubleshooting tool.

Step 1. Turn off
Step 2. Turn on /
