Help my!

Everytime i make a new account in warrock it gets banned. How do i fix this problem? And now it says Unregistered user. Wich account i am trying to login, Even with my friend his account.. He can login on the warrock.net site and it says active, But we cant login into the game?

IF this gets fixed i'm gonna buy vip =D

That's a comon issue.
Try to flush the DNS:
Start>run>type IPCONFIG /FLUSHDNS

Don't VIP if it work, give these $20 to some blind, lepers beggars instead.
If it don't, give a break at WarRock for a couple of days and it should magically get fix.
