Thats why there are so many requirements, some can be excluded if the person is an outstanding member, others can keep the person out.

They're more like suggestions.

Idk how we're gonna decide who gets in / who doesn't. If it was just based off posts it'd be easier. However, a lot of this will be based off opinions.
