oh yeah hell yeah they are, theres lots of black hi-sec cases but not many Gray

I just don't get black cases and get gray then when people notice enemy took a hisec case camp and boom grey eye?
Yeah i rarely seen the Grey Hisec Cases, But the Black one's look really nice. People are getting perms all over the place.
I still get some. 
I have one of each. I used to get like 10 of each a day, but then I'm lucky to get just one.
I think they're cutting back on the cases.
