Hex Editing Tut.

Yeah, This is how I change the RoF on my guns, Ill change it if you know an easier way.

Well First Download 010 Editor v3, then I extract the files where the gun is that I need, For instance the m16a3, I right click it and open it with "010 Editor v3"

Then you will see a bunch of jibberish, press "Ctrl +f" on your keyboard and Then you will see a Box pop up. It will say Values type fire_0, ITS VERY IMPORTANT THAT NOTHING IS CAPITAL. The finder is VERY specific.

Then if you have done it all correctly you will see Fire_Key

Double Click right before the period after the Y and it should come up blue, press your period key and a period will come up in red.

Then you will see a number in a line directl below that, for the m16 it will say 35 and more to the right 69 (these is the fire rate), change them both to your desired RoF. The lower the Higher.

Then you click the Save button.

Then you inject with rez inject and go Own with your new RoF =)
