It says Hex Editing Tut. Not how to change RoF. This could've meant anything.

lol just close it, I was tring to help then you all just started elling at me for tring to do good, w/e when i searched RoF Tutorial I didnt find anything so i decided to make one to help, SORRY. Just close it and stop flaming on somone whoes trying to do good.

A tutorial was already made by [MPGH]Distinct. Also, it's supposed to be in the Mod TUT section. Plus, there's no reason to be reposting this. Guitarhero, as minions say, USE THE SEARCH BUTTON BEFORE YOU POST.
