possibly, you may want to request a good coder to change it to 'f' it wouldn't be too hard for them i think. i've got a problem when i just play in a server i start up the hack i press e but it knives uses equipment and after that it just knives normal no 100x faster
i extracted it to desktop so it has to work
any1 knows how to solve this?

ok the equipment part is strange, make sure that ur equiptment button is not 'e'. That doesnt work, Open the hack as admin then open mw2. Still persists then, open up any chat window and press e and tell me what comes up. also what version are you using, im pretty sure it works on all but i havnt tested on .280.

Lol, when u run this and u type the "E"or "e" ull get EG1


EDIT: oooh, now i get it... When u do E (knife) G (grenade) 1 (wep switch) u would normally knife tht fast too...

It is more like a bind, not a hack=>VAC Status:UNDETECTED

Maybe bcause I don't knife around with Tacknifes too much though.
