Help Modding

Ok Well i am New to Modding
and well i got everything from thise

so i went out and downloaded a trial for photoshop cs3 i cant download cs5
because the server is being retarded to me so
i tried to put the plug ins into photoshop but i cant find
the file

Adobe cs3>Photoshop>Plug in>File Format

it doesnt have plug in or a file format

Help would be appriecieated
