Make sure you inject the dll correctly with Winject,
Go to File then Select File - go to your Mw2 AlterIWnet folder location and select iw4mp.exe
Go to File then Select dll and select correct dll file
Load up mw2 then when you are at the main screen press the + key on the numpad to correctly inject the hack into mw2.
If you try to load the game with winject it won't inject properly so use the above way.
