ya thats not a ping problem thats ur fps maybe try gamebooster and try turning your video settings down. and u can try setting your pc to best performance(control panel/system/advanced/performance settings and than check off adjust for best performance)
this should keep your fps higher when u are in smoke if not..... buy a new computer :P

Lol,ask to z8games how can you change the resolution to a lower than limit.

If your notebook is vista or win 7 i have an solution:

Put in windows old theme. It Rockz .(no Lag.)
