Try change your resolution to high resolution >.>

BC2 auto-updates when starting the launcher.

1. Change your resolution
2. Change your DX Version
3. Reinstall

Your f'd man reinstall it.

well something like that happenes to me but thats because my screen is like huge...try changing your screen resolution it might help....
