What Do I Need?

I need a list of software I need to begin coding hacks. I want to try and begin coding a few basic hacks, and go from there, but need to know what the "pros" use so I can follow. Also, can someone shoot me a link to a basic hack making tutorial? Fast learner here, don't mind putting in the work researching and coding. Thanks in advance....

Download Visual Basic 2008, Dev-C++, Thats what you need to start coding simple hacks. I don't have the link to the tutorial but if you look around im sure you can find it, or someone can give you it, thank me if I helped
