Your truely an idiot if you cant, But
Go to the top where it says "User CP" And it says change avatar on there.

u cant

Activate your account. Then User CP/Scroll down and Edit Avatar.

user cp change avatar on < left side bar

If none of what these guys posted helps you, just PM liz,

i have the button edit avatar

Stop insulting him, he is new.

User CP > Watch the left [Task - Side] Bar > Edit Avatar ( the Picture should be 150x150 not bigger ).

If there is no "EDIT AVATAR" Option you need to check your email or ask Dave to activate your account.
