some simple/hard mods idk

i was wondering if someone could make a M9 superknife or m9-minigun with a twist id like the M9 sound to stay the normal speed not the fast knife
Second i was wondering if someone could mod Spas-12 to minigun with no recoil(optoinal) have faster reload were i dont have to put each one in one by one
third can someone make the M9 knife on fire?
