Banned From CA

Hello, At first I was IP Address banned, but I Got whole new isp (roadrunner) and Now it is saying and i Quote

Your account is in violation of the Terms of Use and is hereby suspended from use. If you believe this to be in error or would like to appeal your ban, please contact Customer Support.

Is this a MAC Address ban? or something else.

well when ur ip banned ur also account banned so make a new account

False. I'm IP banned, and i mask it with Hide My IP 5.2, and you just have to reactivate it. Of course, you need your email to do that =/.

That is my new account, everytime i make a new account its banned.

no this is not ip ban
cause then it would say your ip has been banned

He is mac banned, my friend had vip hacks and had to use a a mac changer cause he always got mac banned and nexon banned all of his enw accounts if he didn't change it.
