Viruses Signitures are added in a Database when The Virus has been found, Identified, Decompiled and Analysed.

Making an "Anti-Virus" Only on A Hashes DB = Not useful at all.

You need to write your methods to find suspicious thingies, Your methods for efficient and ressource-friendly scans, And your methods to check crap loaded / loading in memory ; Witch I doubt will be a project that will go Far coming from 1-3 VB'ers.

i made in visual basic a msn virus he open it and then you can control hes computer with msn( name commands) like delete stuff, delete drivers and its undecetable
