You do not it's a MW2 .GSC code you put it into a file of "mod".

some certain ones can be used such as setPlayerData into console but these no.

so i cant use this while i am already running a mod

No, you make a file called _rank.gsc and put the codes you want in there, then you use a mod loader.

ye okey but i create that file and where i need to put it in my mw2 liberation and can i load it while i am using another mod

does anybody now is it possible to run a new map using gsc codes?
for example we are at the map mp_afghan than Host press N (+actionslot 1) and the next map is loading
