Finding Fireteam OPK Pointer..

How would i go about in finding the fireteam enemy pointer?
I have no clue how i would get it.

I found this on another website. I don't know what to with this. It may be what you're looking for and it may not be. I don't know enough about combat arms hacking to know what it means,

I think the enemy pointer is +25 for Y.
