AlterIWet MW2 Problem!!!! Help!!!

I played MW2 a little while ago but when I wanted to play again so I double clicked the iw4mp button and this happen...

you need to update to the latest patch

How do I update?

I already have the latest update :1.3.37a...

go to alteriw.net to get the latest update
