You couldn't get banned for this. You probably used hack, ijji says that they are not allowed, but they dont give a shit about it, they don't even bother patching gamebooster or this program.

@MTH It's 3rd party. Doesn't have to be illegal. Any 3rd party program to enhance gameplay/give advantage is consider 3rd party.
