First download your .dll from http://www.dll-files.com/and then extract msvcr100.dll and place it in your Combat Arms Folder and your / System32(32bit)/SystemWOW64(64bit) folder.

This SHOULD fix your problem.

zoom =/ i have a problem i extract it in ca folder ok.! and too in system 32? i no understend what is 32 or 64 i have windows xp uE

System32 is folders name . o_O
And yes, u dont need to put it into CA folder . Just into System32 .
