But some responsibility could be given to Jr's.
Maybe for things such as Paramount said they do on Fringe, which I've seen before, where every day a different staff member, or in our case, GFX team member or Jr, is given a day to do something good for the forum.
Whether it's start a tourney, a LAOTW, TOTW, TOTF, whatever.
Then they would have a purpose.
And more would be happening.
Much more.
