Repeat the whole process again following every letter that's written. And I think XP was used in the tut

I know! I got XP too but i think Win7 is faster for me! yes i will make everything again i'll say my results here

EDIT: I got windows 7 on my main computer must i run VMware Player or workstation as Administrator?

I don't think 7 would be faster than XP, especially in a VM. It might appear to be faster and smoother, but stick to the original guide and you should be ok. You can try running as admin, but I don't really see how that would change how the VM works /
