No hacks are working for me so im trying to download the .dll files needed into my system 32 using Hackfixer... BUT when i press "fix" i get a message " unhandedled exception" then i have to close it. 
i've asked Sixx but even he is 0.0
if anyone can fix please help. x

Just use google .
start it with admins right

First download your .dll from http://www.dll-files.com/and then extract msvcr100.dll and place it in your Combat Arms Folder and your / System32(32bit)/SystemWOW64(64bit) folder.
This SHOULD fix your problem.
