Immunity Debugger, its a good alternative to Olly (i prefer it more then olly)

Plus Olly does work on windows 7, i have it on mine

Because its the older unpacked CShell/Engine, not the recent ones.

i have windows 7 32 bit and ollyice works fine on it.
