For favourites think about using SaveSetting or My.Settings. Or even writing an ini/txt document with the addresses to sites.
For history use the same sort of thing and a listbox on the side. Perhaps utilize TimeOfDay to do different categories of History (i,e "Today", "Last Week", 2 weeks ago)
