Disconnection Issue

i just got the game and whenever i try to join a server it disconnects me , any solution?
the only thing i noticed is that they cant really maintain the game nor supply the gamers with a decent connection , their servers suck my ping to the US normally is 200 and they are saying the max ping u can have is 500 so i cant be not having stable connection as they claim .
Again if anyone knows what should i do to fix that tell me ...

if u on a laptop . close it and open it again

if that dont work move close to your internet box and sit should work

turn off your anti virus
run gamebooster
and dont use wierless internet

or, maybe you downloaded wrong version?? EUROPE and USA are different games
