Nexon Game Controller 1.0.1.2

I was downloading Greasemonkey and i discovered (on my own scale) that there was a plugin called Nexon Game Controller 1.0.1.2 (is this what nexon uses to track what websites we go on?) I disabled it for now, it is like 20 min before the patch is officialy said to be finished in EST, so i cant try combat arms.. Just want to know if you guys have it and what you think about it (does it really look like it tracks down our websites?
