i decrypted the file months ago But it doesnt help cause i dont understand code lol..

Extract attributes
Find damage open it with notepad or whatever
Click format: Word wrap, Ctrl + A ''select all'' now copy it.
Go to the website i listed here. Put the code into the first box hit convert.
You'll see about 10 conversion's one of them is in Hex format..
It will give you a basic of what the unicode mean's but i dont understand code
so i basically see alot of numbers and letters.. Someone skilled should be find this useful

because it's still encrypted -.-

You can convert it all day, it isn't going to eventually say what you want it to.. it isnt going to say Change Damage: You have to have some basic knowledge of code. This turns the ''unicode'' into readable code
