i mean when i was at my uncles house he had a nvidia geforce something i forgot with a 1 gb ram and his comp ran so good it was as good as mine and i got a 8gb ram...

and which 9800 u have? , 512 mb of ram or 1gb?
and it is not good also for gaming, only 600mb core clock, memory clock 1800 mhz, i prefer a Ati Radeon 5770/5870
5770 has 4.8GHZ memory clock and 830 mhz+ core clock (i have 875 :P)
also 5770 is only like 20-70 bucks more than a nvidia 9800 series
